Armour and accessories

Why: Adds the most here of the gloves that help Farming.
Other pick: Gardening Gloves (Lv 4: 7.5% efficiency; 1% less a minute here)
Why: The most luck an amulet gives here. Luck is a chance of a second drop on each gather.

Pet, elixir and food
Why: +5% Farming XP. A pet's own bonus counts in full: we don't have data on which pet tier unlocks it.
+5 Farming Efficiency, added to the flat total. Permanent. Counted at its top level: it isn't in your elixirs yet.
+49.5% Farming Efficiency and +22.5% Farming XP for 3 hours. Each star adds 10%.
Guild and collections
